 From Manhattan: By Car:Go through the Queens Midtown Tunnel at the east end of 36th Street to the Long Island Expressway (I-495). Follow the expressway to exit 45 -Manetto Hill Roadtoward Plainview/Woodbury.  Turn right onto Manetto Hill Road.  Then turn right onto Woodbury Road.  

From LaGuardia Airport: By Car:Take the Grand Central Parkway eastbound (name changes to the Northern State Parkway). Follow the parkway to exit 37 for Manetto Hill Road toward Plainview/Woodbury.  Turn left onto Manetto Hill Road.  Turn right onto Woodbury Road.

From JFK Airport: By Car:Follow the signs at the airport directing you to the Van Wyck Expressway. Travel North on the Van Wyck to the Grand Central Parkway East. Take the Grand Central Parkway eastbound (name changes to the Northern State Parkway). Follow the parkway to exit 37 for Manetto Hill Road toward Plainview/Woodbury.  Turn left onto Manetto Hill Road.  Turn right onto Woodbury Road.

From Connecticut, Westchester and the Bronx:By Car: Take 95 South to the Throgs Neck Bridge. When crossing the bridge stay right and that will split into the Cross Island Parkway South. Follow the Cross Island Parkway South to exit 29E (Grand Central Parkway East also known as the Northern State Parkway East).  Follow the parkway to exit 37 for Manetto Hill Road toward Plainview/Woodbury.  Turn left onto Manetto Hill Road.  Turn right onto Woodbury Road.

From Eastern Long Island:By Car: Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) West via the ramp to New York.  Take exit 46 toward Sunnyside Blvd/Plainview.  Merge onto North Service Road.  Turn right onto Sunnyside Blvd.  Continue onto the Sunnyside Blvd. Extension.  Turn right onto Woodbury Road.

By train:  From Penn Station, take the Long Island Railroad Huntington line to the Cold Spring harbor train station.  Take a taxi from the station to our facility.
